What is Nutrition Coaching?
My nutrition coaching involves personalized guidance, education, and support to help individuals make healthier food choices, improve eating habits, and achieve specific health or wellness goals. As a nutrition coach, I work with clients to assess their dietary habits, preferences, and lifestyle, creating tailored plans that align with their goals: weight loss, muscle gain, or overall well-being. Nutrition coaching aims to empower individuals to make sustainable changes to their diet and cultivate a positive relationship with food.
Who is This Coaching For?
Nutrition coaching is for anyone who seeks support and guidance in improving their dietary habits and overall health. I’m passionate about helping busy women learn to consume healthy balanced meals and create an exercise program to meet any of the following goals: lose weight, learn how to strength train, manage health conditions like diabetes, balance their hormones, be healthy models for their families and improve their overall health and well-being!
What Is the Program Like:
The Fit Method 1-on-1 Coaching Program is based on three principles: Education, Accountability, and Support. The program includes guidance on nutrition, exercise, and mindset. I offer 3- and 6-month programs. I will recommend the best program for you based on your goals. You can expect to receive the following from me:

About Me
I’m Mandy Teply, a 41-year-old certified nutrition and fitness coach on a mission to empower and inspire! I’m a busy mom with four amazing children and am lucky to be married to my best friend, Russ! I bring over 12 years of experience in the nutrition and fitness coaching industry. I started out as a personal trainer and quickly came to realize that nutrition was a huge piece of the puzzle when it came to losing weight and gaining muscle mass. This encouraged me to get certified as a nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition to continue to help my clients achieve the best possible results!
